Based on the grievance lodged at Panaji law enforcement station, the employees from the offshore casino vessel allegedly assaulted Poluri Chenna Kesava Rao, an assistant director of ED, and his crew and confined them inside of a room whilst they were browsing the premises on Thursday afternoon, the
